Summary0000762: [Eagle]BFX-AT100] audio failure when insert EarPhone.

I receive some log from SK Manager regarding to audio issue.

Between 00:20 and 00:30, there was an audio failure (normal video). Audio failed even during VoD shutdown and real-time channel switching, and when earphones were removed, audio came out.
After review below log, please give your comment to me. Since we have to answer it to SK Manager about this issue.

as seeing below log, earphone is inserted at 00:17.. but it seem it find a connection part at 07-16 00:17:19.689 .
so i wonder whether if audio issue is related to bt connection or not.

Did SK manager check the RCU battery ?

HI Kerwin

i will check it to SK manager about low battery.
you mean since RCU don't have a EMPTY_BATTERY at 00:16:57.691 although connect to Earphone at 00:17:13.485 ,it cann't heard audio.
Is it right? Low battery don't care of connecting EarPhone? just don't hear audio output via EarPhone.

Hi Jason,

For the handling of 'EMPTY_BATTERY' and 'LOW_BATTERY' on RCU, you should get answer from UEI.
